Counselor Connection

WELCOME BACK LABS!! It feels so good to be back in school!! I have met many new Labs and I've seen Labs from last year. We are trying something new at Langford this year, we will be focusing on The 7 Mindsets. The 7 Mindsets, focuses on the students' social emotional well-being. Our first Mindset of the year is "We are Connected." Starting off the year, letting students know that we are a family here at Langford. We will work as a school on these Mindsets daily. We are also looking to increase the number of mentors in our mentoring program this year. If you or someone you know has time in their schedule and would enjoy being a source of encouragement in the life of a student, please have them contact the school. Mentors create their own schedule and all visits are here at school during the school day. The ONLY requirement is a background check. The more mentors we have, the more students we can support! I am super excited for another productive year hear at Langfo
